Return/Refund Policy

  1. Please fill out this link to apply for a return. Please note that we cannot process your return without this form.
  2. According to Consumer Protection Act: If the products remain brand new with original packaging (including inner and outer packaging, gifts with purchase, etc.) is complete, customers enjoy a cooling-off period of seven days after receiving the product.(unreturned gift will deducted from the refund amount.)
  3. If you would need to return your order, please contact us via link. Havaianas Taiwan will dispatch a driver to collect the products within 5 business days. Please pay attention to your text messages to receive updates on the return. We will issue the refund within 15 business days after receiving your return products.
  4. Please pack the goods and packing list with the original packaging, and write your name and phone number on the package. If the shoe box is damaged or the interior does not match, the product cannot be returned. The driver will return the package to the sender’s address and collect the shipping cost by cash on delivery.
  5. You can select which product you need to return on the link, if after the refund and your order is not reach $1,000, we will charge a delivery fee$80.
  6. If the driver were not able to contact you over 2 times, you will not be able to return the order. Please pay attention to your calls in case you miss the driver.
  7. If you would like to return your order, please make sure to fill in the correct information to avoid system cancellation.
  8. Please check the products when receiving them. If there are any defective items or wrong products, return them with the original packaging within the 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends and holidays).
  9. Some items cannot be returned, including damaged or missing products (including packaging, gift with purchase, price tags, and packing list), used products, products with smell, and customized products.
  10. When delivering your orders, if we are unable to contact you or if you did not pick up your order from the convenience store, the system will cancel your right to order from Havaianas.com.tw.

Product Exchange

To save time for shipping and avoid stocking problems, Havaianas Taiwan only provides product return service.

Refund

  1. There is no additional shipping fee for returns. However, the total refund amount does not include the shipping cost when ordering.
  2. For orders paid with a credit card, credit will be refunded to your original payment credit card. (Refund will be processed within 15 business days after receiving your returns.
  3. We do not return shipping fees if you do not pick the order up at the convenience store

Customer service hours:11:00~17:00(Monday to Friday, holidays excluded). After receiving your return request, we will connect with you within 1 to 2 business day(s). Please make sure to fill in detailed and accurate information to speed up the processing time.
